I love Newgrounds

Posted by scottwjsm - January 2nd, 2016

I have been making animations since 2006. I used ms paint and windows xp moviemaker to make sprite animations inspired by Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom by Randy Solem. In 2009 I made this account, and I will always love newgrounds! 2016 is going to be a huge animating year for me, and in 2017 I am planning on working more towards making games with unity (so glad NG supports unity player <3). I also finally became a supporter!!

yeah but NG has bullies or spam people and it has bots

right on bro, i love NG too :3

Some sad news about Unity web player... We stopped accepting direct Unity3D file uploads because most people can't play them now that Chrome ended support. As long as you can do a WebGL export, you can upload it as an HTML5 game. The expectation is that Unity's WebGL export will continue to improve and will have a very bright future, just going through some growing pains right now due to all the browser transitions.

Thank you for becoming a supporter!!!!

Cool, thanks for the info Tom! Chrome has NPAPI disabled by default, so people can't get unity player to run unless they type in "about:flags" in the browserbar to enable it. (Those bastards!) I hope to god they don't do the same to flash :O

Have you gotten the Unity plug-in to work in Chrome recently? The "about:flags" trick had worked for a few months but I'm pretty sure they removed it completely in the more recent Chrome updates.

It has been a while since the last time I tried. I'm glad there is a WebGL export.
